Lynn Switzer, 31st District Attorney purchased tasers for the Gray County Sheriff's Department with asset forfeiture funds. The cost of the tasers for the department was $10,856.40. The use of the forfeiture funds allowed the department to obtain the latest in taser technology at no cost to Gray County taxpayers. "I am pleased to be able to use our funds to purchase this much needed equipment for our deputies. These tasers are a tool for our law enforcement officers to help keep them safe as they perform their duties. Anytime I can assist our law enforcment officers, I am happy to do so. They do an excellent job."
